9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• All completed counseling services will be delivered to the client
• Refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy
• Client remains responsible for all fees incurred up to termination date
• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of personal and academic information

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms
